“I have just completed 2 weeks of work experience on period TV drama ‘Father Brown‘ and can honestly say it was the best possible introduction to the industry. I helped out by tidying, cleaning brushes and passing up, but also got the chance to practice my setting techniques, all in a working environment which I think was so valuable. It was wonderful to be able to go onto set and experience a period drama first hand; how important timing is, how to behave on set and how important team work is, despite performing different roles. I have learnt so much from my 2 weeks on ‘Father Brown’, and can’t thank everyone enough for having me. Everyone I met was so genuinely lovely, both cast and crew, and I really couldn’t have asked for a better first experience in the industry. I wouldn’t have been able to do this without Veronica.”
